I'm Dr. Ellen Friedman, a certified Homeopathic and Bioenergetic Practitioner with a PhD in Integrative Medicine. I specialize in using advanced holistic therapies, like Classical Homeopathy and bionergetic NES Health (now Energy4life/E4L), to support long-term health and healing.

My journey began in Moscow, where I trained as an ophthalmologist. Although I didn’t have a chance to pursue my medical license in the U.S. due to licensing requirements, my experiences in conventional medicine opened my eyes to its limitations, especially when it comes to chronic conditions. While allopathic medicine is crucial for emergency care, diagnosis, surgical and other conditions, I realized it often misses the bigger picture—treating symptoms without addressing underlying causes or considering the emotional and energetic aspects of health. This realization drove me to explore holistic approaches.

After moving to the U.S., I dedicated myself to learning about bioenergetics and holistic medicine. I earned my doctorate from the International Quantum University of Integrative Medicine and became a certified NES practitioner, studying the body’s energy field to support healing. I also studied Classical Homeopathy at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy, training under renowned homeopath George Vithoulkas.

Now, I use the best of both worlds—proven, evidence-based therapeutic modalities like E4L and Homeopathy—to offer a personalized, holistic approach to healing.
